Ingredients

  • 2 mangos peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 dragon fruit peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 10 strawberries sliced
  • ½ pineapple peeled, cored, and diced into 1-inch pieces (approximately 2 cups)
  • 2 tangerines peeled and separated into segments
  • 2 kiwis peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey or agave nectar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl or a jar, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey until fully blended and the honey dissolves completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, tangerine segments, kiwi slices, mango cubes, dragon fruit chunks, and pineapple pieces.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss the ingredients to ensure the dressing evenly coats all the fruit.
  • Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap, a lid, or foil. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
  • Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, for an added touch of color and freshness.
