- 2 mangos peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 dragon fruit peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 10 strawberries sliced
- ½ pineapple peeled, cored, and diced into 1-inch pieces (approximately 2 cups)
- 2 tangerines peeled and separated into segments
- 2 kiwis peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup honey or agave nectar
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
In a medium-sized bowl or a jar, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey until fully blended and the honey dissolves completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, tangerine segments, kiwi slices, mango cubes, dragon fruit chunks, and pineapple pieces.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss the ingredients to ensure the dressing evenly coats all the fruit.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap, a lid, or foil. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, for an added touch of color and freshness.
