- In a blender, combine the hot milk, white sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend the mixture until it becomes frothy.
- Pour the frothy mixture into three coffee mugs, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Add 2 ounces of brewed coffee to each mug.
- Finally, garnish each latte with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top.
