  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • 2️⃣ Make the Cake Batter:
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
