Ghost S'mores Dip
This delightful dip, inspired by the classic s'mores, is an ideal dessert for a spontaneous Halloween gathering. In just 15 minutes, you can whip up a melty, chocolatey treat that’s both fun and festive. Begin by blending chocolate chips with warm heavy cream in a skillet, and then layer on ghost-shaped marshmallows. To preserve the appearance of the ghostly faces during baking, strategically place mini chocolate chips over the eyes and mouth. Bake until the chocolate becomes decadently gooey and the marshmallows achieve a perfectly golden hue. This "scary good" dip pairs wonderfully with graham crackers, but you can also serve it with sliced apples, pretzels, or even potato chips for an intriguing twist.
