Instructions
- Begin by preparing the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions, baking it into cupcakes. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before proceeding.
- Once cooled, apply a generous layer of chocolate frosting over each cupcake. For the bat wings, cut the fudge-striped cookies in half and insert two halves into the frosting of each cupcake.
