- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cinnamon French toast flavor coffee creamer such as Chobani® Cinnamon French toast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 splash Mexican vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Whipped cream optional
- A pinch of ground cinnamon optional
- Prepared caramel sauce optional, to taste
In a shallow dish, combine the egg, coffee creamer, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth and frothy, then set it aside.
Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, allowing it to melt completely.
