Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of Italian bread e.g., Turano® Pane Turano
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon French toast flavor coffee creamer such as Chobani® Cinnamon French toast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 splash Mexican vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Whipped cream optional
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon optional
  • Prepared caramel sauce optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, combine the egg, coffee creamer, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth and frothy, then set it aside.
  • Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, allowing it to melt completely.
  • Quickly dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, soaking each side for about 5 to 7 seconds. Transfer the bread to the skillet and cook each slice for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately. For an extra touch, top with whipped cream, a light dusting of cinnamon, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
