Instructions
Begin by gathering all necessary ingredients.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, crushed crackers, milk, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix the ingredients until just combined, then shape the mixture into a loaf and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
For the glaze, in a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, and set it aside for later use.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After this time, remove it from the oven to drain any excess liquids. Generously top the meatloaf with the prepared ketchup glaze.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and continue baking until it is no longer pink in the center, which should take approximately 30 additional minutes. To ensure it is fully cooked, check that an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius).
Once done, slice the meatloaf and serve warm. Enjoy!
