  • Pre-made pie crust 2-pack
  • Cream of chicken soup 1 can
  • Cream of mushroom soup 1 can
  • Rotisserie chicken approximately 2 cups, shredded
  • Frozen mixed vegetables half a small bag
  • Milk a splash
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Butter spray

Method
 

  1. Begin by combining the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and your selected seasonings, including salt, pepper, and thyme, in a mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly blended.
  2. Unroll one of the pre-made pie crusts and place it into a pie pan, ensuring it fits snugly.
  3. Carefully pour the prepared filling into the crust, spreading it evenly. Then, cover the mixture with the second pie crust, sealing the edges securely.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the pie for approximately 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and lightly spray the top with butter. Broil for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a crisp, golden finish.
