Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless center-cut pork chops (5 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 dash of Sriracha sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and Sriracha sauce, if using. Stir thoroughly to form a well-blended marinade.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • Arrange the pork chops in a 6-inch silicone cake pan, then pour half of the prepared marinade over the meat. Place the silicone pan into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the pork chops in the air fryer for 9 minutes. Flip the chops carefully, then cook for an additional 9 minutes. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the pork chops immediately after cooking and serve warm.
